Do not purchase non-refundable travel tickets until your appointment and travel plan have been confirmed.

Visa approval, immigration entry, airline schedules, hotel services and transportation are controlled by independent authorities and service providers.

Africa Medical Travel cannot guarantee:

• Visa approval or entry into Turkey.
• Flight availability or schedule stability.
• Hotel availability or room quality.
• Performance of independent transportation providers.

10. Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund rules depend on the hospital, clinic, hotel, airline, transport provider or other third party involved.

Deposits or advance payments may be non-refundable after certain services have been booked or documents have been prepared.

You should request and review the applicable cancellation and refund terms before making payment.

11. Communication Through WhatsApp and Email

You may choose to communicate with us through WhatsApp, email or telephone. These channels may not provide the same level of security as a dedicated medical data platform.

By sending medical or personal information through these channels, you acknowledge their potential privacy and security limitations.

You are responsible for confirming that you are communicating with the official Africa Medical Travel numbers and email address.
